HPS - High Performance Street disc brake pads are world renowned for increasing stopping power on your street legal vehicle. The High Performance Street compound offers a higher coefficient of friction over stock brake pads and can provide you 20-40% more stopping power and higher resistance to brake fade than most standard replacement pads.
Hawk Performance has introduced a premium, high performance, ultra-low dust, low noise compound called Performance Ceramic. With Performance Ceramic you can expect reduced brake pad wear, lower dust output levels and a rotor-friendly brake pad.
With Ferodo race pads low- and high-speed braking efficiency, reduced stopping distances and consistent brake pedal feel are yours from first time - every time. Combined with low wheel dusting and good noise characteristics this product is the brake pad for the driver who demands the ultimate in track day braking performance.
Z-Rated pads are an extension of the Carbon Metallic brand, specifically engineered for high-performance and/or severe-duty usage. Z-Rated is engineered to deliver safety and performance under even the most severe conditions.
For high performance and heavy duty street conditions the Porterfield R4-S compound remains a top performer in the realm of street/performance brake pads. Perfect for prolonged everyday street driving while also being capable of enduring the most severe use without fade.
Dynamic Torque Control-70 DTC Series compounds provide extremely smooth braking performance while providing excellent torque control characteristics unmatched by any other brake pad. These brake pads are designed for cars with high deceleration rates with or without down force. Operating Temp: 500F - 1600F
Dynamic Torque Control-60 offers slightly lower friction coefficient and bite compared to DTC-70. Recommended for use with DTC-70 when split friction between front and rear axle is desired. Operating Temp: 500F - 1600F
PFC 07 - Performance Friction's newest compound has higher initial bite and higher average torque than any other Performance Friction compound. This compound demands the most from vehicle setup and is designed to handle the most severe applications.
PFC 05 Compound has higher bite than 01 compound with flat torque and good release characteristics. Release and modulation characteristics are second to none with wear slightly better than 03 compound.
PFC 01 Compound has excellent modulation characteristics that improve controllability and driver confidence. 01 is extremely easy on the discs with very low wear.
PFC 08 Compound is one of PFC newest and have gained immediate favor in Endurance Sportscar, and GT racing due to its performance in applications where smooth initial bite is a must. 08 has a slight friction rise with temperature, excellent release and modulation characteristics, and very low abraded disc wear.
PFC's Endurance Sportscar compound. PFC 06 compound pads are very similar to PFC 01 for both bite and torque. Excellent release and control with very low wear.
DSUNO is the new heavy duty racing material from Ferodo Racing. The technical objective for the material was to provide a high friction output, whilst improving pad and disc life and to offer excellent modulability throughout the brake event.
Several brake pads on the market boast 'ceramic' technology. DS1.11 is the real thing. High coefficient of friction (0,50) at all speeds and temperatures High initial bite Predictability and control because of the unvarying torque output
DS2.11 is the sister compound to DS1.11. It's offers extremely high bite and friction coefficient. Pad life is slightly lower than DS1.11. It is especially recommended for rally (WRC race proven), but is suitable for any other application where very high friction, bit and a rising torque profile are desired.
DS3000 is the FERODO RACING compound that has set the braking standard. The main characteristics of the DS3000 are: Very High coefficient of friction (0,54) at all speeds and temperatures High initial bite Predictability and control because of the unvarying torque output
The Porterfield R-4 brake pad was our first and is our original Carbon Kevlar brake pad. Being able to maintain an average of a .50 friction level within a very wide temperature range gives the R-4 pad astounding versatility and makes it very suitable for a wide array of various track conditions.
RS 29 Yellow RS29 Very high friction and inital bite. Slightly higher friction than RS19. Used predominantly for longer-duration endurance races due to driveability and outstanding wear rates.
RS 19 Yellow Best compound for endurance racing on the basis of the RS14. RS19 offers a slightly lower friction to improve modulation (controllability). RS19 compound offers an excellent combination of friction value, fading stability and low wear rates on pads and discs.
RS15 is a very high friction racing compound with high content of ceramic materials. Fade resistance up to 700C (1,300F). Grey offers a 20% higher friction value than RS14 with a slightly increased pad wear. RS15 requires finesse to avoid over braking the car, especially with lightweight cars or cars with boosted brakes.
RS14 is a Medium/High friction racing compound with high initial bite, excellent release characteristic, and very good modulation (controllability). RS14 has a low wear rate and is fade resistant up to a temperature of 650°C (1,200°F).
RS5 is a new medium friction ceramic racing compound. It offers high initial bite combined with the flattest torque curve of all PAGID racing materials. This guarantees an excellent modulation characteristic and controllability.
