PFC 08 Compound is one of PFC newest and have gained immediate favor in Endurance Sportscar, and GT racing due to its performance in applications where smooth initial bite is a must. 08 has a slight friction rise with temperature, excellent release and modulation characteristics, and very low abraded disc wear.
PFC 07 Compound is PFC's newest compound. It has higher initial bite and higher average torque than any other Performance Friction compound. This compound demands the most from vehicle setup and is designed to handle the most severe applications.
PFC 05 Compound has higher bite than 01 compound with flat torque and good release characteristics. Release and modulation characteristics are second to none with wear slightly better than 03 compound.
PFC 03 offers higher bite and higher average torque than 01 compound. 03 has excellent modulation and release characteristics, less torque scatter than competing pads, and very good disc conditioning properties.
PFC 97 Compound is a medium torque race compound and as a result can provide reduced brake temperatures in situations where poor cooling can result in premature disc failure. 97 is extremely easy on the discs with very low wear.
PFC 90 was developed at the same time as 93 and is very similar with lower torque output. Highly recommended as a general purpose race pad . Preferred by IndyCar and Indy Lights drivers for one mile ovals because of the finesse characteristics of settling the car without over slowing.
DSUNO is the new heavy duty racing material from Ferodo Racing. The technical objective for the material was to provide a high friction output, whilst improving pad and disc life and to offer excellent modulability throughout the brake event.
